How to install

  1. Edit your details and click Copy signature (or select the signature and press Ctrl/Cmd + C).
  2. Gmail: Settings (gear) > See all settings > General > Signature > Create new, paste, then Save Changes at the bottom.
  3. Outlook: Settings > Mail (or Accounts) > Signatures > New signature, paste, then Save. In desktop Outlook: File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
